Matt & Sarah Boyer

We want to be those who have 'beautiful feet'—the ones who bring good news to the lost! Our main goal is to be living sacrifices, tools that God can freely use to do His will in Macedonia.'

When Matt and Sarah (Koehn) Boyer heard about the Global Partners' pioneer work in Macedonia, they thought about going there on a short-term mission trip. However, God quickly showed them that He wanted them to invest their lives in the people of Macedonia on a long-term basis. In May 2007 the Boyers were appointed to serve as long-term missionaries to Macedonia.

It is their desire to first see the Macedonian people entering into a true relationship with Jesus, the Messiah. Then they want to be able to disciple believers and encourage ministry by Macedonians.

Matt and Sarah have one child: Sabina ('04).

How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? And how can they preach unless they are sent? As it is written, 'How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!' (Romans 10:14-15 NIV).
