TOOL Scholarships

Training Of Overseas Leaders: TOOL Scholarships enable national leaders from across the globe to obtain necessary theological training that they otherwise would not have been able to obtain. Recipients of the TOOL scholarships must be full members of The Wesleyan Church, be under official ministerial appointment, display leadership qualities and manifest loyalty to the Wesleyan Church. The applicant must be recommended by his/her district and/or national board of administration, or in the absence of that, by the missionary council present in that country.
