Sandy Emmett

Sandy Emmett helps coordinate administrative details for both the Wellness and the Learning & Leadership Development departments for Global Partners. Her background as a missionary kid growing up in Africa and later as a missionary with her husband serving in Latin America helps her understand the needs of our Global Partners missionaries. She and her husband, Bill, currently live in Marion, Indiana. They have three grown children. Bill’s parents, Dr. Storer and Wilma Emmett, served as missionaries and volunteers with Global Partners for many years.

Sandy has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and a master’s degree in ministry leadership from Wesley Seminary. Throughout her life, she has seen the themes of crossing cultures, managing logistics to create order, and being a safe place to help others in their spiritual searches and personal development.

Three things that Sandy does:

  • Responds to phone and email inquiries by and about missionary wellness and learning
  • Assists in logistics for learning, training, and wellness
  • Assists in maintaining documents necessary for tracking missionary wellness

Sandy has to be involved in the mission because. . . she is humbled to be called to participate in the reconciliation of the world to God through Jesus Christ (2 Corinthians 5:19).
