Rebuilding of Mexico City Church
In 2000, after a large section of Life Path Wesleyan Church’s worship building collapsed due to structural problems, the congregation of 100 soon began worshipping in a local park under a tarp. After authorities forced them to stop, the congregation returned to the collapsed building and held services under tarps. Despite the difficult and unsafe environment, over 400 worshippers gather each week and several new churches have been planted since then. This is an incredible opportunity to partner with our Mexican family to rebuild the church, encourage their ministry, and free up pastor Alejandro to use his gifts to minister throughout Mexico. Considerable work has already taken place, and they are now entering the fourth phase of the rebuild process.
